Q. Do you travel?
A. We service detroit and surrounding areas. there is a travel fee added for every mile. 

Q. what is your cancellation policy?

a. Cancellations are accepted with full refund of damage deposit up to 7 days prior to your event date. cancelling after the 7th day will result in losing full deposit. 

Q. how often is equipment cleaned?

A. our equipment is cleaned immediately after each use. all our cleaning products are kid safe.

q. how soon do i need to book?

a. we suggest you to book as soon as you know your event date and venue. our books are open for up to 6 months.

q. what happens if i need to cancel due to weather the day of my event?

a. we watch the weather starting 7 days before your event. if we see more than a 40% chance of a storm we give you a call to talk about a possible back up plan or reschedule. if the weather changes the day of your event, we must set up inside or reschedule. if we set up and it starts to rain we must pick up our equipment immediatly. there are no refunds issued after a set up is complete.
